Some changes to make cross compilation easier - Dana Robinson on Call the Doctor June 13, 2023
Dana Robinson, Director of Software Engineering, subbed in for Call the Doctor. Dana talked about some changes he has made to make cross compilation should be a lot easier--these changes will go to HDF5 1.14. Dana went through the code modifications, including the creation of template files and library initialization, and covered addressing issues related to cross-compilation and their plans to improve MinGW build support. The resulting changes in the library's behavior and compilation information remain the same.
